Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your order from Grow Them Wild, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do:

Returns

·        You can return books or unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

·        Items must be unused and in their original condition.

·        Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Non-returnable items

·        Opened or used subscription boxes (unless faulty)

·        Seasonal items with missing contents

Refunds

·        Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving your return.

·        Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

·        Please email a photo to growthemwilduk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it quickly.
